Hunting

Thousands of hunters travel to Mitchell every year in search of the wily ringneck. The season begins in mid-October and runs through the middle part of December. The daily limit is 3 cock pheasants with possession limit of 15 birds over a five day period. Worlds Only Corn Palace

Each year thousands of bushels of corn and small grains are applied to the outer walls of the building in pictorial form, the designs are changes every year.
